Antique Artistry's Old World methods used in construction and finishes are a requirement that is a must for pure and aged appearance. The Old World method of construction leaves tale-tale signs of age. This is obtained by using gouges and hand planing and it leaves an inconsistency in the appearance. The finish application that is hand rubbed brings to the surface, a patina build up look. It requires shadowing. This method is the difference of the conventional tools of band saws, routers, and the simulated spraying of lacquer or urethane finish.

Our response on our brackets have been so positive, we have taken and somewhat altered both the design and size of the bracket, yet are using the same concept to tie in with our furniture. They are also individually hand carved out of mahogany and assembled in the Old World method. We have a selection of seven different styles. Hopefully, one for any occasion that would suit your needs. They are as follows:
• Game Table
• Conference Table
• Dinning Table
• Sideboard Display Table
• Breakfast Nook Table
• Receptionist Center
• Executive Desk
The following are some of our photos which are of the European scrolled corbels in an array of designed methods that they can be utilized. The wood used in these tables are optional, and unless specified, will be constructed out of our remnants of available inventory.

European Scroll Corbel
Table
Size is 31-1/2" W x
29-1/4" H
This base can be purchased without finish applied, unless otherwise requested. It is constructed in an Old World manner using quality hardwood Honduras Mahogany, and taking advantage of the strength of this wood and mortising joints to 4" depths. The leg portion is carved in our own contour design. We recommend the top to be of marble or glass in a dimensional size of 60" which gives much depth to the look of the table. We can supply either of these materials upon request.

Our Own Design Open Talon Eagle Claw
Tilt-Top Table
43" W x 52" L, x 29" H
Even though this table is our own design and creation, we have borrowed some of the characteristics that were instituted many years ago by our artisan predecessors. The tilting of the top of this table not only is of a convenience but a very attractive display when not in use. The eagle claw talons are a dramatic exaggeration of the earlier hairy paws used on many of the imported pieces of furniture.
This table is constructed out of Honduras Mahogany with an Old World traditional hand-rub wax-out finish and a shadowing technique for an aged look.
